Installation precautions for Shanghai metal hoses:
1.The stainless steel metal hose joint at the end away from the vibration source on the pipeline should be effectively fixed to isolate and absorb vibrations.
2.Effective protection should be provided for the corrugated tube during welding operations at the construction site to prevent welding slag from splashing onto the corrugated tube.
3.Stainless steel flexible joints must be installed in a straight line and should not be bent or shifted.
4.After installation, the nuts and backup nuts on the pull rod must be tightened, and the pull rod and nuts must not be removed.
5.The medium passing through must not be corrosive to the material of the corrugated tube, and the chloride ion content in the medium should be ≤ 25 PPM.
6.During installation, the length of the product can be adjusted appropriately using the pull rod, and the adjustment amount should not exceed the specified value.
