The Power Mizer aeration blowers used for urban sewage treatment come with a matching Spencer control system, featuring a programmable logic controller, dissolved oxygen control logic, operating interface keyboard, factory communication, and modem software for motor control centers.

Aeration blowers for sewage treatment are primarily used in the sewage treatment industry for aeration purposes. Some industries also refer to them as aerators. They are mainly connected from the blower outlet to the bottom of the sewage treatment tank to aerate the water, allowing the biological activity in the tank to fully interact with the substances in the sewage, thereby achieving the purpose of purification.

The sewage treatment aeration blowers are of a centrifugal single-suction double-support structure, driven by an electric motor or a turbine through an elastic pin coupling. When viewed from the rear of the motor or turbine, the blower rotor rotates counterclockwise, with the inlet and outlet facing upwards. The blower housing is made of cast iron, providing advantages such as vibration reduction, noise reduction, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance. The main shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel, while the impeller is made of ordinary low-alloy steel, with high-strength alloy steel being used if the pressure is too high. Bearings are available in both rolling and sliding types, with rolling bearings lubricated with molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease and sliding bearings lubricated with forced oil supply.
