Introduction to the Production Process of Shanghai Songjiang Rubber Expansion Joints:

Below, the Technical Department of Shanghai Songjiang Group will introduce the production process and vulcanization process of Shanghai Songjiang rubber expansion joints:

1. Strict control starts from raw materials. Each batch of raw materials undergoes inspection by the chemist before entering the factory, and some rubber batching personnel mix according to the required proportions.
2. After the batching is completed, it is sent to the rubber mixing workshop, where the rubber is pressed into synthetic rubber sheets by the rubber mixer.
3. After passing the inspection, the synthetic rubber sheets are sent to the rubber joint cutting workshop, where workers cut them according to different sizes and specifications.
4. After cutting, the rubber joints are molded.
5. After passing the inspection, each rubber expansion joint mold is sent to the vulcanization workshop, where workers put the mold into the mold.
6. The mold is placed in the vulcanizing machine, which presses the mold. At this time, the vulcanizing machine is set at a constant temperature of 180 degrees Celsius and vulcanized for 40 minutes.
7. After 40 minutes, the vulcanized rubber joints are taken out of the mold, and the completeness of the rubber joints is checked.
8. The vulcanized rubber expansion joints are trimmed, and after trimming, they are placed in semi-finished product cable cars.
9. The rubber expansion joint semi-finished products in the cable car are sent to the flange assembly workshop, where workers assemble the rubber joint flanges and rubber joint semi-finished products into finished products.
10. Quality inspection personnel randomly sample and pressure test the finished rubber expansion joints. Qualified pressure-tested rubber expansion joints are packaged.
11. Packaged rubber expansion joint products are placed in the warehouse and await loading and delivery.
