HTA Hanging Type Spring Vibration Absorber Installation Instructions
Before installation, please confirm that the model and specifications of the Songjiang Group’s hanging type spring shock absorber are correct.
Installation Guide:
Required Tools: Metric size 17mm (M10), 19mm (M12), 24mm (M16) open-end wrenches.
Start by embedding foundation bolts in the installation location according to the construction specifications to meet the load requirements. (Refer to Figure 1).
Installation Guide:
- Fit the spring dampers onto the bolts at the reserved mounting position and tighten the bolts. (Refer to Fig 2).
- Attach the wire bar to the device with the spring vibration absorber . (Refer to Fig 3).
- Use the upper and lower two nuts to install the attachment to the device for adjustment. At this point, the upper nut does not need to be tightened. (Refer to Fig 4).
- Complete the equipment and piping engineering installation.
- Use an open wrench to adjust the lower nuts to adjust the balance of the equipment and the compression amount for the spring. (Refer to Fig 5).
- After adjustment, lock the upper and lower nuts to complete the installation adjustment of the Songjiang Group’s HTA Hanging Type Spring Vibration Absorber . (Refer to Fig 6).
After installation, please check the compression amount of the spring. If the spring is fully compressed, it indicates insufficient loading and no damping effect. In this case, please replace it with a larger loading spring Vibration Absorber model and contact our company’s sales personnel.
Safety precautions should be observed during installation.
Maintenance instructions: Check monthly for any loosening of the fixed bolts and ensure that the deflection of the spring Vibration Absorber is normal during installation.

Fig. 2: Fit the spring dampers onto the bolts at the designated mounting position and securely tighten the bolts.
Fig. 3: Attach the threaded rod for connecting the Songjiang Group’s suspended spring vibration isolator to the equipment.
Fig. 4: Use the upper and lower nuts to install the attachment to the equipment connection point for adjustment. At this point, the upper nut does not need to be tightened.
Fig. 5: Use an open-ended wrench to adjust the lower nut to adjust the level of the equipment and the compression of the spring.
