Feedback on Songjiang Rubber Expansion Joints
Regarding the issues reported on-site, we offer the following written response: Some PN1.0 and PN1.6 specifications in the order were not clearly distinguished. All rubber expansion joints produced by our factory are marked with ‘PN16’ on the rubber body. This means that all PN10 and PN16 rubber expansion joints from our factory use PN16 rubber bodies. The difference lies only in the flanges. However, the measurement of the bolt hole center distance for the flanges was not communicated with the purchaser before shipment. This oversight on our part caused inconvenience to the on-site inspection personnel. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and seek your understanding.”
