In 2017, Shanghai Songjiang Vibration Absorber Group invested fully in establishing a production line capable of producing 1.2 million vibration absorbers annually, making it the largest rubber joint production base in China. It is also the first enterprise in the rubber expansion joint industry to introduce fully automated production lines, positioned at the northern gateway of Shanghai in Nantong.
With automated processes including automatic batching, mixing, molding, and vulcanization, this factory is set to become a high-end rubber joint manufacturer in China. Additionally, it holds TS Pressure Pipeline Production License, with TS number TS2731B90-2020, and possesses a national environmental assessment certificate. Equipped with waste disposal facilities, the factory strictly adheres to national environmental requirements during production.
Featuring its own testing center, experimental center, and research and development center, the new project is scheduled for completion in 2019. Once operational, it will serve as the guardian of ultra-high-rise pump room flexible connections in China, ensuring the safety, reliability, and longevity of numerous high-end engineering projects.
