How to Choose Hot Water Type Lithium Bromide Absorption Chiller Units: Hot water type lithium bromide absorption chiller units are chillers typically selected based on factors such as design load, hot water flow rate, hot water temperature, and installation site conditions.

Selection of Hot Water Type Lithium Bromide Absorption Chiller Units:

  1. When selecting hot water type lithium bromide absorption chiller units, the chilled water outlet temperature should not be lower than 7°C (a lower outlet temperature reduces thermal efficiency and may lead to crystallization, affecting operational safety).
  2. When using waste heat for cooling, consider the effects of scaling and corrosion on equipment and structural materials, and take appropriate measures.
  3. Pay attention to the static pressure of the water system during design. If the static pressure exceeds 0.75MPa, secondary heat exchange should be considered to isolate excessive pressure from the system. When selecting units, pay attention to the working pressure and test pressure of the chilled water and cooling water sides of the unit.
  4. Units should be installed indoors in buildings. If outdoor units are selected for outdoor installation, the electrical and control equipment of the refrigeration unit should be installed indoors.
  5. Equipment layout and pipeline connections of units in the plant room should be convenient for installation, operation, and maintenance. The distance between units and distribution equipment and the width of main passages should not be less than 1.5m. The distance between protruding parts of two units should not be less than 1m. The distance between units and walls and the width of non-main passages should not be less than 0.8m. The distance between the top of the unit and the roof or beam bottom should not be less than 1.2m.
  6. The hot water heat source generates refrigerant steam in the generator. Mainly suitable for refrigeration and air conditioning systems in hotels, office buildings, hospitals, stadiums, theaters, etc.

  1. Hot water type lithium bromide absorption chiller units are high-vacuum equipment. During installation, strict adherence to the requirements in the attached product manual for handling, disassembly, packaging, and installation is necessary. Equipment should not be knocked, bumped, or subjected to external force on unit connections or welding joints. During hoisting, the load point must be at the designated lifting point.
  2. The lithium bromide absorption solution should meet the technical specifications stipulated in GB/T18431-2001.
