The official website of Shanghai Songjiang Vibration Absorber Group Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the results of the ‘2018 Rubber Expansion Joints Performance Testing Report.’ This report primarily assessed the tensile strength, elongation at break, low-temperature brittleness, rubber-to-fabric bonding strength, thermal air aging, tensile strength change rate, elongation at break change rate, resistance to night immersion, and tensile strength change rate of Songjiang Group’s rubber expansion joints.
Testing Authority: The comprehensive testing was conducted by the Shanghai Rubber Products Research Institute Testing Center (Shanghai Huayi Inspection and Testing Technology Co., Ltd.).
Testing Results: Passed (see attached for details).
Testing Standards: The testing was conducted in accordance with the following standards: GB/T1690-2010 ‘Methods for Testing Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber for Resistance to Night Immersion’; GB/T3512-2014 ‘Methods for Accelerated Aging and Heat Resistance Testing of Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber by Thermal Air Aging’; GB/T528-2009 ‘Determination of Tensile Stress-Strain Properties of Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber.’
